01 / The Math
SWPPP fines start at $10,000 a day. The GC holds the violation - even when a ready-mix driver caused it. And the stop-work order does not stop at the concrete crew. It stops the whole site.
$10,000
Per day, per violation

100%
GC liability
The general contractor holds the violation - even when a subcontractor or ready-mix driver caused the discharge.
Every Trade
Forced off site
A stop-work order does not just pause concrete. Every trade on the project stops until the violation clears.
02 / Why Reborn
Every feature exists because a contractor lost money to its absence. Nothing here is decoration.
36,500 lb

Saturday pours happen. Weekend rates published in your quote.
Rain overflow is the #1 cause of SWPPP failures in Colorado. The lid seals the pan so stormwater never mixes with slurry. $7/day.

Crane truck rolls in. Foreman directs placement. Pan on site before pour day.
