01 What is your cancellation policy? Free 5+ days out
You may cancel your reservation for free up to 5 (five) business days before the reservation date. Later cancellations will incur a penalty of 50% of your reservation, excluding delivery charges. You can learn more at Fees and Surcharges.
02 How far do you deliver from Denver? Free in metro
Deliveries and pickups are free of charge inside the metro area of Denver. Beyond that, a $500 charge applies for each trip. Deliveries beyond 200 miles are charged on a separate long-haul fare — contact sales@rebornrental.com for more information. Please ensure you have your foreman available for drop-off and pick-up, as dry run fees may apply. See Fees and Surcharges for more information.
03 What if I need to self-pick-up / self-drop-off on a weekend or outside working hours? $35 fee applies

04 How can I track my delivery? Contact support

05 What payment methods do you accept? All major cards
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also accept direct ACH wire transfers. All transactions are secure and encrypted. Note: Cash is not accepted.
06 When are your working hours? Mon–Fri 9am–6pm

07 Do you offer discounts for bulk orders? Yes, 20+ units
Yes, volume discounts are offered for rental orders over 20 units or rentals for periods longer than 6 (six) months. Contact the sales team at sales@rebornrental.com with your specific requirements to receive a customized quote.
